Go back to the doors and enter them to proceed to the next location. After defeating them, head right and go past the doors and defeat the Medium Biped and collect the Copper Ore. Collect the Rusty Bolt and continue going left until you reach a chest that contains the item "Small Recovery." After you open the chest, head up the stairs and prepare to fight even more Small Stubbies. Once you reach the top of the stairs, jump onto the catwalk to the left and take out the Small Flyers. Go up the stairs and into the next area.Ĭontinue across the walkway and proceed up the stairs. After you take them out, grab yet another thing of Copper Ore that is located just behind where they were. Dodge their orbs and take them out to proceed forward. Continue into the hallway and brace yourself for more Small Stubbies. You will see an isolated Small Stubby, destroy it and pick up another thing of Copper Ore to the right. After taking them out, go around the corner and pick up the Copper Ore and then proceed across the catwalk. They aren't very strong, so taking them out with your gun won't be hard. Do that, and prepare to battle a few Small Flyers. You will have to shoot a support beam on a platform to create a ramp to get up to the next area. After the Buzzsaw is defeated, a short cutscene will play and then you will be able to proceed to the next area.įollow the pathway that opened. Keep repeating the steps above until you defeat the Buzzsaw. This is the first boss of the game, so the patterns are extremely easy to get down. If they stop, you can get in close with your swords. Again, shooting the individual blades with your gun is a good way to do damage to it while the blades are moving. The buzzsaw also has a vertical attack, make sure you have your dodging down and attack it after it misses you. Once the blades stop spinning, hit them with your swords to do more damage. The buzzsaw will be laying horizontally occasionally throughout the fight, run away from the blade to avoid getting hit and periodically shoot the blades. And it may look intimidating at first, but it is a pretty easy battle. The buzzsaw is a gigantic, well, buzzsaw. Take out the Medium Biped, and prepare to battle the first boss of the stage, the Buzzsaw! It is a slightly bigger version of the Little Stubby, but not much stronger. As mentioned before, the Little Stubbies are extremely weak, so stand back and take them out with your ranged shooting attack, or just hit them a few times with your sword.Īfter you eliminate all of the Little Stubbies, a Medium Biped will join the battle.
